Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day; everything else goes out the next morning. Each candle is boxed upright in its rigid gift box so nothing shifts in transit.

Returns & exchanges
If a candle arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement. Unlit, unopened candles can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

You will receive a message with your courier's details once your order leaves us. For anything else, write to us.
